With the advent of COVID 19, online therapy has become an even more acceptable and safe form of therapy. I have practised it for years with a few clients due to their being situated elsewhere, travelling and/or other limitations and feel positive about it.
For the foreseeable future, I will be keeping online therapy as a permanent option. It works well for some-you can choose a therapist of your choice rather than have to settle for someone who is close by physical location.
